I’m Goddess Karina and I welcome you to your first sacred intimacy session. It will be my honor to guide you into the realms of your senses, dropping into your body and out of your mind.

Since my first experience of tantric intimacy back in my mid thirties played a pivotal role in all my future relating and relationships, I know you’re in for a treat.

Back then I attended a facilitated tantra group event during which we were instructed to gaze into the eyes of people (of the opposite sex) that we’d never met before. Though not a shy person, I became emotional being that close to people, feeling a combination of grief and joy. And though we were fully clothed, I found that experience more intimate than many of the times I’d had sexual relations. The grief was due to realizing I had not experienced real intimacy in past relationships, and the joy was from my awareness of what might be possible.

Determined to learn as much as possible about this new world of intimacy, I embarked on what would become an almost three decade research project during which I’ve learned – and continue to learn – everything I can about tantra, intimacy and sex. I’ve studied with a variety of tantra and relationship teachers including Charles and Caroline Muir, Margot Anand, John Gray and David Deida. Additionally, I have a certificate in Expansion for Sexual Potential from the Institute of Human Abilities, also known as Morehouse, where my husband and I took numerous courses leading up to that one. Renowned author and teacher Regena Thomashauer (aka Mama Gena), bases her word on the research taught by Morehouse founders Victor and Susie Baranco.

I’m committed to whatever it takes to help you create an irresistible and juicy life moving forward, particularly when starting over after a divorce or break up. This might include getting in touch with and releasing possible sadness to make room for more joy, pleasure, love and intimacy.

My intimacy and tantra sessions are specifically designed for single or married men as well as for couples, both straight and gay. New couples come to me to learn scintillating, fun practices. Seasoned couples come to reignite their turn-on.

During my tantric massage lessons for couples, you’ll learn and practice how and where to touch one another for optimal results. Also included are specific communication modalities that serve to help navigate some of the inevitable breakdowns that occur in all relationships. My customized coaching programs range from one session to us working together over a period of many months in order for you to achieve your desired results.

My commitment is to help my clients experience who they are in their essence. My background as a credentialed teacher and trained relationship coach, along with having had a successful marriage and amicable divorce, qualifies me to address many different issues, both relational and physical. I’m trained in level 1 Reiki as well as a variety of massage modalities. I am also an image and style consultant helping both women and men update their wardrobes and style congruent to who they are in the world. My work with men, women, and couples results in people loving themselves and one another more, with enhanced communication between them.

* I’m committed to my clients feeling comfortable enough to reveal what has been getting in the way of them having their desires met. This can include conversations about hormones and erectile dysfunction if pertinent.
