Surrender to the sounds of the goddess, to the melting away of todays troubles and tomorrows turmoil. This session takes you to a place where the body relaxes and intuitively moves with your sensual energy. You won’t have to do anything or force anything. There is no forcing or thinking in the tantric arts, this philosophy brings with it the skill of moving around in your sensual world with power, yet graceful ease. Allowing the kundalini energy to flow, you will have an awareness and knowingness of the natural rhythm of your body and your sensual partners. The old ways will fade away and the new will present itself if we only surrender.
Letting past disagreements or even old clothes drift gently off into the distance when they are not providing us with nourishment or protection any longer, we would barely remember how we even attracted them in the first place. Yet we cling hard to situations, dissatisfying jobs, struggling relationships and ripped jeans thinking that it is our only support and that the world would be nothing without them. All this can affect our sensual energy. As the past is released the ability to experience a heightened intuition of your sensual energy becomes clear and focused.
In the Tantric tradition the human body has 7 energy centers ( there are more outside of the body) that provide a junction between the mind, matter and consciousness. These energy centers are called Chakras. How we express our life force energy can be dependent on how these chakras assimilate and receive this vital energy. If we tend to hold on to old patterns, inconsistencies may arise in our chakras and start to slow them down draining us, often leaving us with physical and mental illnesses that inhibit us from moving forward.
The chakra system in a column of energy centers that work like cogs in a machine spinning and turning to keep order in our fundamental animal instincts at the base of our spine to our crown chakra at the top of our head providing us with guidance and intuition.
Each individual Chakra corresponds to the body’s anatomical position and is associated with a specific color, sound and element. Session I explores the first 7 chakras utilizing the powerful sensual energy to rise up the spine so that your full body experiences internal bliss.
It is said in Asian traditions that before any transformation there is a surge of energy. Therefore it takes strength to let go providing power propelling us into the next phase bringing us closer to what our heart desires.

Our Session II is a dynamic session that allows you to move your sensual body throughout the session. Through our breath we have awareness. Through awareness we have presence, through presence we have grace and beauty. The awareness cultivated in session II will breathe new life into your sensual energy, physical body and surroundings. You will feel more connection in your own body as this dynamic session that further stimulates the kundalini energy into action, assisting your ability to improve your everyday life and relationships.
When you become aware of your internal energy, it allows you to feel without acting. Without awareness, this can often be a challenge for us. The urge to act, or “react”, can be insatiable. To move through this feeling and into a new heightened awareness of your energy is what we focus on in this session. Sensory perception will have a whole new meaning.
Feel yourself invigorated as you find yourself immersed in the vital techniques as Pranayama, Asana and Savasana. As we learn the dynamics of our breath our body and mind experiences a renewed freedom.
The term for universal life force is “Prana” and the term to regulate or lengthen is “ayama”. The physical and subtle layers of the body are nourished by the presence of breath “pranayama” this is the energy that keeps us alive. Prana flows through the energy channels of the body called nadi’s and is transcribed by the chakras which in turn determines one’s state of mind.
As we are not used to breathing correctly especially under stress, this can stagnate the energy flow within the body which manifests in fear, uncertainty, tensions, conflicts and negative qualities.
Breath techniques clear the nadis and the chakras with the result feeling energetic, positive and enthusiastic for life.
Now that the kundalini has begun to awaken in session I, we find the deeper consciousness of our body as we learn to connect further with our breath.
Sensual energy will be utilized for creativity, supporting the second chakra. We will learn to channel it and store it within the body for health and stamina. Having the ability to feel the energy build, you become aware of your true power, creativity and purpose.
In this session we confirm the chakra information from session 1 and combine it with dynamic sensual movements invoked by pranayama breath techniques and your sensual touch session becomes alive guided intuitively by your goddess.

Session III is not the end but where it all starts to begin. Combining session I & II into a blissful experience of sensual breath, and magical movements as your goddess guides your energy throughout your entire charka system. This session is done on a comfortable, cushioned, platform and teaches more sacred moves of the Kama Sutra. You will feel completely and divinely connected with your internal energy as shiva/shakti unite within you.
After all, your body is your sanctuary and should be treated as such. Feel your being expand in this long lingering session that celebrates your sacred self and aids you in feeling your whole body as sensual manifestation.

Now that you have learned the basics of giving to your goddess in Session IV, our advanced Session V provides the opportunity to take your journey to the next level as your Goddess guides you into the giving of Session III. Session V moves these techniques to a comfortable, cushioned platform on the floor where you will refine your skills of being God/Goddess to your Goddess/God.
You will gracefully glide your body and move with ease sinking into the intuitive nature of your sensual energy, and bestow the subtleties of truth and sensuality. Here you are taught the art of the eternal embrace and how to skillfully and effortlessly apply these teachings to your own experiences.
